MnEEP’s PELSB-approved online Cultural Competency Training is aligned to state statute for re-licensure and provides Minnesota educators with a unique opportunity to engage in dialogue, activities, and reflective practices to increase their cultural awareness and competency.

MnEEP’s CCT also looks at the role race equity plays in creating culturally responsive classroom teaching and learning spaces, so educators can gain new insights and skills in building more racially equitable classrooms
