MnEEP Membership is a commitment to participating in shared work to advance racial equity and systems change in Minnesota’s public education system.
MnEEP members are part of a statewide network of educators, families, students, community leaders, and racial equity advocates who build knowledge, capacity, and power together to shape public education rooted in belonging and liberation for every learner.
Right now, we are calling on 100 new people to step in as members this month—not only to respond to the rapid and escalating harms to racial equity and ongoing, targeted attacks on our communities, but to help shape and build the future of public education with equity at the center.
How We Do This Work Together
MnEEP builds power and advances systems change by connecting people across regions, roles, and systems—and turning shared insight into collective leadership and action.
As a member, you are part of a statewide effort to:
- Bring insight and lived experience from your community, classroom, institution, or advocacy work—so shared strategy reflects real conditions across Minnesota.
- Learn alongside leaders across the state, exchanging knowledge about what is working, what critical shifts are needed, and where collective action can move change forward.
- Align advocacy across regions and systems, strengthening shared action, momentum, and statewide impact.
