Molly Priesmeyer (She/They) is a narrative and systems-change strategist, researcher, and advocate with more than a decade of experience advancing policy, public understanding, and collective action. She has worked with advocacy organizations, nonprofits, political campaigns, policymakers, educators, and community partners to develop strategies that challenge inequitable systems, shift public narratives, and advance racial, gender, social, and environmental justice.

An award-winning investigative journalist and researcher, Molly examines how policy, institutions, power, and public narratives shape inequity and political possibility. She brings together research, policy analysis, lived experience, and Public Narrative to expose systemic conditions, identify opportunities for change, and develop advocacy frameworks, campaigns, strategic messaging, toolkits, and public-facing research that move analysis into action.

As Director of Narrative Strategy at MnEEP, Molly leads Public Narrative research, policy analysis, advocacy frameworks, and campaigns to advance racial justice in education. She works to make racial-equity commitments, systemic conditions, and pathways for change more visible and actionable, while building the public understanding, advocacy, political commitment, and accountability needed to advance and sustain systems change.

Molly also serves as an instructor in the Advocacy and Political Leadership program at Metropolitan State University, bringing her experience in journalism, research, narrative, policy, and systems analysis into the classroom.

A proud St. Louis native, Molly holds bachelor’s degrees in Sociology and Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She now lives in Powderhorn Park, where she spends far too much time reading nonfiction, hanging out with her needy pit bulls, Flannery and Biddy, and caring for her 63 finicky houseplants.
